Fast Turn Around

Our Process

We’ll start with a one-on-one discussion between you and a data analyst to learn about your experiment design, goals, and the questions you want answered.

We’ll discuss:

  • Experiment parameters
  • Analysis goals
  • Questions to answer
  • Special requirements

Our data analyst will outline the analysis that will be performed and the results that will be delivered.

Proposal includes:

  • The results that will be delivered
  • Estimated cost and time line for completion
  • The data analyst that will be your primary point of contact
Process and Analyze

We’ll process and analyze your data to achieve your goals.

Analysis steps typically include:

  • Alignment of raw reads
  • QA/QC
  • Exploratory analysis
  • Statistical analysis
  • Variant calling (DNA)
  • Differential gene and transcript (RNA) analysis
  • Biological interpretation

You will receive both a written report and the analyzed data. In addition, we will provide online access to your project so that you can interact with it. The reports are provided in Word, PowerPoint, or PDF format and data in industry standard formats such as BAM, VCF, and tab delimited text.

You’ll receive:

  • Free access to the interactive analysis reports
  • Consultation with your data analyst to discuss results
  • Your data, analysis reports, and materials returned
