RNA-Seq Analysis to Identify Biological Affects of Zika Infection
This webinar uses RNA-Seq data to explore how Zika could cause microcephaly. Using Partek Flow software, an easy-to-use and powerful bioinformatics tool, we’ll analyze Zika-infected neuronal progenitor cells to reveal transcriptional changes caused by the virus. We’ll show how our biological interpretation tools suggest that Zika affects the cell cycle, cellular stress, and cell metabolism pathways.
